→These terms can be updated at any time without notice.
⠀⠀→Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except in cases where there is a verifiable agreement with the client.
→The order can be rejected for any reason, and it will not be mandatory to indicate this to the client.

→Only three rounds of changes can be made, so make sure you have what you need in mind, for more changes there will be an extra charge.
→WIPs will be sent only if requested in advance.
→If the client wants something specific (Expression // background // pose // etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.
⠀⠀→If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.
⠀⠀→Changes to the drawing once it is finished (For reasons not related to a mistake made by Kristel), will only be possible with an extra payment.

→The only accepted payment method is Paypal.
→To add characters in the same commission will be charged 50% less for each character.

→If the commission is less than $ 20 USD the complete payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.

→If the commission is $ 20 USD or more, 50% of the payment is made in advance, and 50% when finished.
→I do not begin working until I receive payment.
→Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.
→Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.

→Commission base prices are per character, not background.

→If a background has not been specified or paid for it (It will be charged according to the complexity.), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.

→A full refund will only be made if work has not been started. If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked.
→Mistakes made by Kristel will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.

→Kristel retains all rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of personalized work, not for the transfer of rights.
→The final work may be published by Kristel on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.
⠀⠀→The work will not be used by Kristel for resale through digital or physical products unless explicit permission or request is granted to do so.
→The products may be posted to other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.
→Any commission made by Kristel is for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.
